Keep your muscle on a GLP-1

The strength & recovery program built for people on GLP-1s — so the weight you lose is fat, not the muscle that keeps you strong, upright and looking good.

The problem nobody warns you about

Studies show a quarter or more of the weight lost on a GLP-1 can be lean mass. That is the muscle that keeps you strong, keeps your metabolism up, and keeps your face and body from looking deflated — and it is very hard to get back after 50.

For people roughly 35 to 60 on semaglutide or tirzepatide, or about to start. Not for bodybuilding or physique goals, and not medical care.

Questions before you pay

Will a real coach actually read my logs?

Yes, on Concierge. Tim or Deanna reads every set you log, sends you a written check-in each week with one change to make, and replies the same day, Monday to Friday. You also get 2 live 30-minute video sessions a month. The free plan gives you the program, your numbers and week 1 of training; the coach comes with Concierge.

Can I get a refund?

First month not right? Write us within 14 days and we will refund it — the coach's work is on us. After those 14 days, no: your coach is working on your plan from the day you join, so we don't refund time that has already been paid for. There is no contract: cancel any time in the app (Progress → Manage membership) and you are not charged again. Your coaching carries on to the end of the period you paid for. The plan itself is free, so you can see exactly what you get before you pay anything. Payments are handled securely by Stripe.

Do I need a gym?

A basic gym covers everything. The 2-Day Minimum uses dumbbells, a bench and a lat pulldown; the longer programs add a trap bar and cable machines. On Concierge, your coach builds the program around the equipment you actually have.

I'm new to lifting. Which program?

Start with the 2-Day Minimum: 2 sessions a week, 35 minutes each, built for beginners and busy weeks and coached by Deanna. Two sessions a week is enough to hold muscle. This is the floor, not a compromise. Your 3 taps pick the program for you.

What exactly is free?

Your plan: the program matched to your 3 answers, your daily protein number and an estimate of the muscle at risk. And week 1 of training in the app: every workout with video, rest timers, your log and the protein tracker. No card needed. From week 2 the workouts come with Concierge ($99 a month), which adds your own coach, the weekly check-in and 2 live video sessions a month.

Who is this for, and who is it not for?

For people roughly 35 to 60 on semaglutide or tirzepatide, or about to start, who want the weight they lose to be fat, not muscle. It is not a bodybuilding or physique program, and it is not medical care.

Is this medical advice?

No. We coach training and nutrition. Questions about your medication or your dose belong with your doctor.
